We interviewed a number of agents before we listed our house and I think we knew from the moment Toyin walked in for the initial interview he was the one the others would be compared against. We found Toyin to be professional, polished and very knowledgeable. And perhaps even more important to us given the stress of listing a house he was also calm , personable and very easy to talk to.

Once we signed with Toyin to sell the house he helped us identify what we needed to do to have it as ready as possible to go to market. So we relied heavily on Toyin and his team to not only keep an eye on the property but to coordinate various inspections and repairs on our behalf. That was an invaluable service to us and was above and beyond the normal sales contract expectations in our view. They truly did everything required to help us keep the property in tip top shape for a good sale.
